肉感美ガール（以下、「本サービス」と称します）は、Twitterの動画および画像（以下、「コンテンツ」と称します）のキュレーションサイトです。
本サービスは、Twitterに投稿されたコンテンツをTwitter APIを利用し自動でまとめて提供します。
Nikkan-bigirl (Hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is a curation site for Twitter videos and images (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”).
This service automatically provides content posted on Twitter using the Twitter API.
コンテンツのあつかい Handling of content
Twitterのサービス利用規約では、ユーザーのコンテンツの所有権はユーザーにあるとしてします。しかしながら、同時にサブライセンスを無償で許諾するとしていることから、本サービスはTwitterに投稿されたコンテンツを提供しています。
以下、Twitterのサービス利用規約から引用します。
Twitter’s Terms of Service assume that you own the content of your content. However, at the same time, the service provides the content posted on Twitter, since it also grants a sublicense free of charge.
The following is quoted from the Twitter Terms of Service.
ユーザーは、本サービス上にまたは本サービスを介してコンテンツを送信、投稿または表示することによって、当社があらゆる媒体または配信方法（既知のまたは今後開発される方法）を使ってかかるコンテンツを使用、コピー、複製、処理、改変、修正、公表、送信、表示および配信するための、世界的かつ非独占的ライセンス（サブライセンスを許諾する権利と共に）を当社に対し無償で許諾することになります。
このライセンスによって、ユーザーは、当社や他の利用者に対し、ご自身のツイートを世界中で閲覧可能とすることを承認することになります。
ユーザーは、このライセンスには、Twitterが、コンテンツ利用に関する当社の条件に従うことを前提に、本サービスを提供、宣伝および向上させるための権利ならびに本サービスに対しまたは本サービスを介して送信されたコンテンツを他の媒体やサービスで配給、放送、配信、プロモーションまたは公表することを目的として、その他の企業、組織または個人に提供する権利が含まれていることに同意するものとします。
ユーザーが本サービスを介して送信、投稿、送信またはそれ以外で閲覧可能としたコンテンツに関して、Twitter、またはその他の企業、組織もしくは個人は、ユーザーに報酬を支払うことなく、当該コンテンツを上記のように追加的に使用できます。
プライバシーの尊重 Respect for privacy
本サービスで公開されているコンテンツは、本サービス上のサーバーに保存しているわけではなく、外部リンクによって表示しています。そのためTwitterにてツイートが削除されたり、アカウントが非公開・削除または凍結されると、本サービスでも削除されます。
Twitterの公開状況は、通常1～2日程度で本サービスに反映されます。
また、本サービスで削除されたコンテンツのページはHTTPステータスコードの404（リソースの未検出）をレスポンスしますので、Googleなどの検索エンジンのインデックスから削除されます。
Content published on this service is not stored on the server on this service, but is displayed by an external link. Therefore, if a tweet is deleted on Twitter or the account is closed, deleted or frozen, it will be deleted on this service.
The status of Twitter disclosure is usually reflected in this service within 1-2 days.
In addition, since the content page deleted by this service responds with HTTP status code 404 (resource not detected), it will be deleted from the index of search engines such as Google.
コンテンツの監視 Content monitoring
本サービスは法令遵守のため、日本国内の法に触れるコンテンツを発見した場合はすみやかに削除します。
Because this service complies with laws and regulations, if we find content that touches the laws of Japan, it will be deleted immediately.
